Goodfriend says, "Don't stop at the tax code. Take a look, for example, at anti-trust laws in the United States. There's an explicit exemption for professional sports leagues. They can negotiate a contract with broadcasters while colluding. They get together and say, 'Let's all present ourselves as one.'
